Shows the relationship between the triangles in the A5 lattice and the pentagon tiling and how they are indexed by A5's space-filling curve.
The curve is generated by an L-system on the triangular lattice: it maps a one-dimensional line to the two-dimensional plane, and children always overlap their parent cells.
The order in which the curve visits the cells is related to order of the integer cell ids.
